  • My practice is where clients can come, grow, and then leave with the necessary skills to tackle any life challenges. I encourage my clients and give them the tools to be successful. • Therapy is a safe space where individuals can freely explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns without fearing judgment. Seeking therapy is a personal choice made by many people, including teens, young adults, and their families. Some clients use therapy to address long-standing mental health issues like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addiction, PTSD, or grief and loss. Others seek therapy to develop personal growth strategies and life skills. During significant transitions or times of stress, such as a family divorce, loss of a loved one, or bullying, therapy can be beneficial. Ultimately, therapy is suitable for anyone wanting to gain insight into themselves and positively change their overall wellness, relationships, or daily life.
